Could Hamas be really committed to killing JEWs ?

Art 7 of the 1988 Hamas Covenant is the one about KILLING -

but not killing  IDF -

not killing  Israelis -

but simply killing   JEWs.

Yes, KILLING  JEWS.

And as a binding absolute  divine Islamic duty.

The Hamas recent murderers of 3 Jewish youths near Hebron were not violating Hamas duties, but simply observing them .
