From 1,000 to 2,000 Irish were among the 60,000 Civilians in Britain murdered by Nazi bombs dropped on the main British cities [ London, Coventry, Liverpool, Plymouth, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow etc ] in 1940-41 and then by V-1 and V-2 rockets fired at London and the SE in 1944-45 The Blitz and World War Two
