The Egyptian Yusuf Qaradawi, top Brotherhood guru, also once invited to become their *Supreme Leader*, chairs the ECFR [ = European Council for Fatwa and Research ], whose Gen-Sec is another Egyptian, Imam Hussein Halawa - the HQ is at his Mosque in Clonskeagh, South Dublin. He lives in Firhouse in Dublin.

Qaradawi supports
[a] suicide-bombing,
[b] Female genital Mutilation,
[c] *light* wife-beating and
[d] killing gays.
No doubt so does Halawa.

It is absurd to suggest, or ignore, that HALAWA or Qaradawi are not leading Muslim Brotherhood [ IKHWAN ] figures - or that the 4 Halawa siblings now held in Cairo were not consciously taking part in the Brothers agitation in Cairo.

But why is it so hard for most Irish media to do even a little digging and reveal the fuller story ?
Just too busy ?
Or too lazy ?
Or indifferent ?
Or perhaps afraid ?
